Users are strictly prohibited from:

- Creating fake accounts or providing misleading identity information;

Payment Information & Financial Transactions
All transactions on the club21 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals.
Deposit
Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, and bank transfers. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set and displayed within the platform at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to successful identity verification. club21 reserves the right to delay withdrawals if there is any suspicious activity or if bonus rollover requirements have not been fully met.
